Brian Miller credits his interest in magic with helping him get over childhood social and speech anxiety. From being too shy to speak to strangers, Brian is now an accomplished keynote speaker, author, and consultant on human connection.
Through traveling the world and entertaining people, Brian has learned the secret to connecting with others, and his mission is now to share this wisdom with the world. In 2015, he gave a TEDx talk entitled: “How to Magically Connect with Anyone”, which became one of the most popular TEDx talks of all time, being seen and shared by over 3 million people around the globe.
Brian helps his audience understand and develop the skills that will enable them to connect deeply, nurture understanding with everyone they meet, and move past fear and anxiety to build better interpersonal relationships. And they might even learn some magic along the way!

Ashley Paré is a former global HR leader turned speaker, leadership coach, and consultant.
As Founder & CEO of Own Your Worth, LLC she helps corporate clients and tech start-ups define their culture and values, establish equity in the workforce, and intentionally creating inclusive environments.
In her career as an HR leader and business partner, she created and implemented company-wide people strategies and programs to attract, develop, motivate, and retain top talent. Ashley has comprehensive experience helping rapidly growing organizations manage change and build best-in-class teams.
