S2.11 Getrude Matshe on the One New Person podcast - 2019 Interview
"Ubuntu is Humanity's Operating System" with Getrude Matshe

Today's guest is Getrude Matshe, who describes herself as a serial social entrepreneur.
Getrude and I met just recently when she sought out my services as a speaking coach to help put the finishing touches on her new TEDx talk. I was immediately struck by how powerful and influential she is, and felt the need to share her story with you.
The entire conversation hinges on the concept of Ubuntu, an African philosophy Getrude picked up as a native of Zimbabwe, which she now spreads across the world as an activist, writer, and speaker.
Within that philosophy we discuss activism, illness, the illusion of time, Getrude's unique process for writing a book in just 40 hours, luck, chance, relationships, and so much more.
