Perspective-taking is the ability to see the world from the point-of-view of another person. It’s how we achieve understanding. But we don’t get there by speaking, guessing, wondering, or imagining.

True understanding comes from listening.

This week has been brutal. I’ve decided it’s not my week to speak, even on my own blog. Therefore I will be live in a Zoom room from 1:00-3:00 pm this afternoon for anyone who needs to be heard.
